The Virtual Market keeps improving !
We are constantly working on improving our online store and our Drive-Thru process in order to provide our customers the best service but also to continue to promote and support our local producers and vendors in these difficult times.
We would like to thank each and everyone of you. Your encouragement and suggestions drive us to upgrade and refine the Virtual Market a little more each day. The Virtual Market was born in urgency and in response to the COVID-19 crisis, but we are very proud to share this project with you!
Here are some of the improvements that we’ve made over the past few weeks :
- We’ve improved our online store to clarify the process and how things work with the Virtual Market. In addition, you will now be able to contact us directly from the platform while placing your order, if you need assistance, by clicking on the “Get help” icon at the bottom right of the page.
- At our pick-up point in Dieppe, we have doubled the amount of orders we can fulfill, bringing us to nearly 400 orders each week and helping us meet constantly growing demand.
- We have also modified how we let you know your order is ready. Customers now receive a notification based on their preferences, either email or text message. Only customers who have previously agreed to receive text messages and marketing emails from the Really Local harvest will receive this message though so be sure to subscribe.
- Finally we’re starting to add new vendors each week. Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Nico's Bakery to allow our customers to order fresh bread, pastries and other products!
